If you’re already present in the United States, you may be eligible to adjust your status to that of a lawful permanent resident. If you’re an immediate relative of a U.S. resident, you may be able to apply for lawful permanent resident status through the “adjustment of status” process. This can allow you to receive a Green Card without having to go back to your home country.

Our Immigration Lawyer attends USCIS Interviews at:

  • Durham, NC
  • Charlotte, NC
