Based on the June 18, 2020 Supreme Court decision reversing the cancellation of DACA Trump’s Administration we can file new DACA applications for the time being. Although USCIS has yet to update information in their website with regards to new DACA filings, applicants who meet the requirements for DACA should file new applications as soon as possible because this court decision is mainly based on the administration’s cancellation of DACA and not a change in law. Therefore, both USCIS and this administration can cancel DACA if they go through the proper steps of cancellation.
